Return Policy for Products Purchased directly from Hearing Components:

1. For products purchased directly from Hearing Components, we offer a 30 day refund of the purchase price based on your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. All earphone products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
2. Comply™ Foam Tips and Whoomp!™ Earbud Enhancers cannot be returned once they have been opened.
3. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for return for credit. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-872-8986
4. All returns must be shipped to Hearing Components prepaid.
5. You can expect a refund usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
6. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

United States Shipping

USPS Domestic Mail – Delivery within 5-7 days after shipping. You must choose USPS if you would like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO address. No tracking information available.

UPS Ground -  Ground delivery ranging from 3-5  business days after shipping. Tracking information available.

UPS 2- Day Air -   Delivery 2 business days after shipping. Tracking information available.

UPS Next Day Air – Delivery next business day after shipping. Tracking information available.

International Shipping*

Express Mail International – Delivery within 3-5 days after shipping. Delivery confirmation available.

First-Class Mail International™ - Delivery within 10 -14 days after shipping. No tracking information is available.

Limited Thirty-Day Warranty - Earphones

This product is warranted by Hearing Components against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase from Hearing Components and authorized Hearing Components franchisees and dealers. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Hearing Components’ instruction, ordinary wear and tear, an act of God or unauthorized repair. All implied WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are hereby disclaimed and Hearing Components disclaims liability for incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or unavailability of this product. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In the event a purchaser believes a product is defective during the warranty period, mail the product and the invoice received with the product as proof of purchase date to Hearing Components. Hearing Components will, upon verification of the defect and unless otherwise provided by law, replace the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.

Hearing Components warrants that reasonable care was used in the manufacture of this product and that the product meets specifications at the time of purchase. Hearing Components shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Customers’ sole remedy is to seek replacement of the product or a refund. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. Direct claims to the Manufacturer:
